As FairBotanicals expands across sourcing regions and international markets, we expect to grow our team across the following functions.
Supply Chain & Logistics
Coordinate international shipments, manage freight forwarding partners, and oversee import/export documentation and EU customs compliance.
Ideal background:
EU–Africa trade, freight forwarding, agricultural logistics, or international supply chain operations.
Sales & Business Development
Develop relationships with food, drinks, cosmetic, and nutraceutical manufacturers while supporting long-term B2B account growth across international markets.
Ideal background:
Ingredient sales, raw materials, natural products, or B2B commercial account management.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance
Support product quality assurance, certification management, laboratory coordination, and compliance with EU food, beverage and cosmetic regulations.
Ideal background:
Food science, chemistry, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs.
Operations & Administration
Support business operations across administration, finance, HR coordination, compliance, and internal project management.
Ideal background:
SME operations, bookkeeping, administration, or operational coordination.
